Module 4.6
This module will help candidates prepare and defend a basic operational plan for a project to achieve resource management objectives within available resources.
Module Objectives
Specifically, participants will:
- Plan and implement a project with emphasis on human resources, production schedules and budgeting
- Explain the role of performance measures (e.g. human resources, financial, timelines and production)
- Defend a plan of action.
In the candidate will demonstrate that they are able to develop a plan on their own covering human resources, production schedules and budgeting.
Module Schedule
Module 6 is made up of one lesson—an overview of operational planning and an assignment that involves preparing an operational plan.
