This module will help candidates prepare and defend a basic operational plan for a project to achieve resource management objectives within available resources.


Module Objectives

Specifically, participants will:

  • Plan and implement a project with emphasis on human resources, production schedules and budgeting
  • Explain the role of performance measures (e.g. human resources, financial, timelines and production)
  • Defend a plan of action.

In the candidate will demonstrate that they are able to develop a plan on their own covering human resources, production schedules and budgeting.
